• In order to make a booking, you should make an advance deposit, a wire transfer or a credit card or direct debit payment.

• Youl will have to pay in cash or by credit card the balance when you check in.

• To complete the booking form does not imply the Resort will accept it if you have not paid the advance deposit.

• Once you have completed and submitted the booking form, you will receive an e-mail with the pre-booking and the deadline by which you will have to pay the advance deposit.

• Once we have received the advance deposit, you will receive a voucher via e-mail to print and to submit it when you check in. By following this process you guarantee your booking.

• All the products from the Restaurant, not included on a half-board basis, will have to be paid in cash and at the moment.
