Inside the Resort, next to the cabins, you will find Los Molles Restaurant, a country décor and warm space where you will be able to taste the Andean cooking. In the mornings, the visitants can taste a delicious breakfast made with the best tradicional products of the area. At dinner (lunch in the summer too), the cook prepares food with regional products, such as organic wine, olive oil, Parma ham, fruits, vegetables, homemade marmalade, cheese prepared from the goat and jams. The typical menu is trout and billy goat in their different ways.
